There is often not too much good that can come from 2nd hand stuff apart from the cheaper price. This tale is related to this statement.

Carol, a young 4-year-old girl spotted a soft toy in a toy shop. It looked quite old and dusty but she liked it. It had no tears though. The toy looked a lot like "Winnie the Pooh" except that it was pink instead of yellow. Carol's parents went to check it out and upon seeing the cheap price on the price tag on the soft toy, they delightedly bought it. Carol named it Pinkie.

Pinkie was everything Carol ever wanted except for one little thing. It had a sad look. Carol wanted it to look happy instead. Her parents said there was nothing they could do on their part, so Carol wished thatPinkie would look happy and cheerful.

Well, what do you know. Day by day, Carol noticed that Pinky started looking happier and happier. By the end of the 2nd week, Pinky had a totally different facial expression. There was an evil smile on its face! Carol's parents were terrified when they finally took a look at Pinky. They had no idea what to do...
