How to See Ghosts
This is actually a Chinese superstition or belief. But some people have done it and they swear it is true. I am not sure if it works in the west, but here goes.
First, you need to wait till the 15th day of the 7th month of the Chinese Lunar Calendar. Check the calendar for the Gregorian date. Then at 12am of that day, bring a rattan pongkes, joss sticks and rice. A pongkes is a big shallow basket with 2 handles and an open end for scooping soil, sand, stones, etc... It is shaped like a spade.

Then wearing a white headband, go hide under a bridge, at one side. When the clock strikes 12, make sure you have had the joss sticks lit and set up by your side, and then cover your head with the pongkes. Through the holes in the pongkes, you should be able to see many different forms of wondering souls or ghosts all around you, and some may even notice you. Be sure not to talk or call out to them or your soul will be pulled together with them, according to oriental beliefs.
Dare to try it?
