Handprint Ghost Story

Amber was just upset. She was trying to get that handprint off of a beam. Working as a janitor was quite a challenge. Lots of dirt to clean and lots of stuff to put up to. However, she was not giving up. With some more strength she mustered, she wiped off the handprint.

The next day, however, the handprint resurfaced. At the same spot, with the same size. Amber cursed the prankster who was responsible for this act of vandalism. But what could she do? She could continue doing her job, wiping off the handprint again. But the next day, the handprint resurfaced again.

But you know what? Amber finally gave up on cleaning the handprint. Why, you might wonder. Well, she met an elderly man named Mr. Jackson who revealed to her the truth. About a year ago, a mischievious young man used to love playing tricks on a janitor working in that very area. He used to stamp his handprints on the very beamand every time the janitor cleaned it off, he would do it again. The frustrated and hot-tempered janitor caught him red-handed one day and beat him up with his mop. Unfortunate for the young man, he got hit somewhere in the temple and died a quick death. Ever since, the handprint started appearing on the beam and no one could ever clean it off.

After 2 days, Amber decided to quit her job.
